This course covers gathering, preparation, and presentation of a generic broadcast news product. It trains students in the process of directing news in all its phases such as equipment operation and crew management (camera operators, anchors, VTR operator, prompter, character generator, etc.). Prerequisites: COA 270, COA 275.
