Advanced Inorganic Chemistry - CHM 608
This course covers
the structure of inorganic compounds,
the chemistry of coordination compounds
and mechanisms of inorganic reactions.
Physical methods of determination of
the structure of inorganic molecules are
addressed. The fundamental concepts
of coordination chemistry are developed.
Mechanisms of substitution and oxidation-reduction reactions, metal ion catalysis and
photochemistry, with the application of
symmetry rules are also addressed.
