On the occasion of the seventh International Fascination of Plants Day 2024 and as part of the FNAS Lecture Series, the Department of Sciences at the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences (FNAS) at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) cordially invites you to a lecture series titled "Plants in Our Life." Explore the profound impact plants have in our daily lives and discover the wonders of the green plants around us from Monday, April 8, until Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 12:30 p.m. till 1:30 p.m. at the Aula Magna Lecture Hall (FAAD 0.04) main campus.
Lectures include professionals in the field such as Dr. Nizar Hani, Dr. Maya Nehme, Dr. Mustafa Haidar, Dr. Tanos G. Hage, Dr. Marc Beyrouthy, and Dr. Jean Stephan who will discuss different intriguing topics related to biosphere reserves, medicinal wild plants, reforestation in Lebanon, and much more.
