Bashir Bajak

Bashir Bajak currently serves as the Vice President of Specialties and Key Accounts at Total Energies Lebanon, a position he has held since June 2023. With over 16 years of dedicated service within the company, Bajak has established himself as a seasoned leader with a wealth of expertise in various operational and strategic roles.

During his tenure as the Head of the gas stations department, Bajak oversaw the management of more than 140 gas stations across Lebanon, ensuring stringent adherence to safety, quality, and branding standards. His visionary initiatives, including the development of Shop Food Services and extensive network expansion, have significantly contributed to driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Bajak's leadership extends beyond operations to encompass contract negotiations, managerial training, and team supervision, where he effectively led a team of district managers to achieve organizational objectives. His prior role as the Head of Lubricants highlights his profound understanding of automotive and industrial lubricants, where he played a pivotal role in product development, sales strategy, and marketing initiatives.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Bajak holds a master’s degree in marketing/marketing management from ESCP Business School and a Business Skills Certificate from HEC Paris, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
