Ronnie Hammad
Ronnie Hammad is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in senior consultancy roles and leadership development training. As a Senior Consultant at Siren Associates and the World Bank, Ronnie draws on his extensive expertise to engage senior government officials, private sector leaders, and civil society representatives in ambitious reform programs and complex projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
With 29 years of service at the World Bank, Ronnie co-founded The Sublime Institute, leveraging his wealth of experience to drive change and innovation in World Bank-financed projects. His focus on public sector governance, private sector development, and economic policy has been instrumental in accelerating implementation and fostering internal innovation.
Throughout his career, Ronnie has played a pivotal role in leading change processes and facilitating workshops to integrate technical content with coaching and leadership development. He holds an MBA in International Finance from the George Washington University and has completed an executive program at the Harvard Kennedy School on managing change.
Ronnie's dedication to social impact extends beyond his professional endeavors. He serves as the chair of the Advocate Committee and the Washington Chapter of LIFE Lebanon, and also sits on the US Board of Nafda, a social movement in Lebanon focused on instilling citizenship, social justice, and transforming schools.
