The course provides
students with a historical, procedural,
substantial, and practical understanding of
the characteristics, functions, and principles
of Common Law. It theoretically reviews
Public and Private Common Law. A practical
understanding of the laws is established
through acquiring and applying the process
of legal reasoning to Common Law case
studies. The course also provides an
overview of the economic analysis of Law
and the ethical dimension of Law.
