operations of routers and switches. WAN
technologies and network services required by
converged applications in the context of a large complex network. Configuration of routers
and switches for advanced functionality as
well as troubleshooting these devices with
the objective of resolving common issues with
OSPF, EIGRP, STP and VTP in both IPv4 and
IPv6. A Selection criteria of network devices
and WAN technologies to meet network
requirements as well as the configuration and
troubleshooting of these devices with the
objective of resolving common issues at the
data link layer. Prerequisite: EEN 345.
