Practicum - NTR 381

This practicum experience introduces prospective students to the profession of Dietetics and to the responsibilities associated with the dietetic professional practice. Emphasis is placed on exploring career options in dietetics and preparation for a dietetic internship. Prerequisite: Advisor’s approval.
