Hospitality Property and Asset Management - HTM 432
This course
provides comprehensive exposure to the
intricate flow of operations of the engineering
and maintenance department in hospitality
organizations (e.g., hotels, F&B, and events).
Students will acquire the necessary managerial
skills and the basic technical understanding to
properly run the major operating systems (e.g.,
electricity, HVAC, sound, water, waste, safety,
security, energy, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
The course includes field visits and hands-on practical experience. Prerequisite: Senior standing.
