Revenue Management and Hospitality Data Analytics - HTM 435
This
course provides the necessary knowledge,
skills, and competencies to develop optimal
revenue management strategies in hospitality
organizations. Students will learn how to consolidate a multitude of data from different
sources, analyze them, and design pricing
policies that would improve the profitability
of hospitality organizations. Analytics-based
techniques will be used to help predict
consumer behavior at the market level so that
each organization can sell the right product to
the right customer at the right time and for the
right price. Prerequisite: Senior standing.
