F&B Corporate Development and Franchising Operations - FBM 425
In this course, students will be offered the
opportunity to deepen and develop their
managerial knowledge and leadership
capabilities in the food and beverage business
from the moment a brand is founded/introduced, and then developed through the
right exploitation of resources, in order to
ensure its competitiveness and longevity.
After that, students will learn how to manage
multiple F&B brands under a holding in addition
to strategically plan their growth/expansion
through a franchising contract, management
agreement, or partnership. Contemporary
case studies will be analyzed, discussed,
and finally tested through an applied project.
Prerequisite: FBM 324.
