Quantum Physics - PHS 436

This course focuses on “Modern” quantum Physics, Hilbert space, Operators, eigenvalues and eigenfunctions, matrix formulation of quantum mechanics, angular momentum, time evolution, two spin-1/2 systems, harmonic oscillator, the real hydrogen atom, time-independent and time dependent perturbation theories. Prerequisites: PHS 213, PHS 304.
