Information Presentation and Visualization - CSC 609

This course covers the concept of data visualization for practical and efficient information sharing, and the integration of visualization in the work of data science. Specifically, it exposes the students to the principles, methods, and techniques of data visualization and it will enable them to create effective visual representations suitable for data exploration and information discovery. Students will work on real problems and data sets to design and implement effective visualizations, using modern tools and frameworks. Additionally, they will perform research on the latest developments and techniques in this field.
