Principles of Accounting II - ACO 202

This course is the second in a sequential series of financial accounting courses. It covers plant assets, liabilities and equity, especially long-term debt, dividends and shares repurchases. Related topics covered include computation of basic earnings per share, disclosure issues, and basic financial statement construction and analysis of cash flows. Moreover, it introduces the students to the basic partnership accounting procedures.
Prerequisite: ACO 201.
