Atmospheric Chemistry and Pollution - CHM 431

This course covers the chemical composition of the earth’s atmosphere and the major factors that control its chemical composition. It also emphasizes the effects of the biosphere and the changes induced by human activities. Selected topics include climate change, ozone depletion, urban air pollution, and acid rain. Prerequisite: CHM 322.
