Microbial Biotechnology - BIO 630

This course is designed to introduce students to industrial, medical and environmental biotechnology. It covers food microbiology, microbial bioconversions, industrial microorganisms, and production of enzymes, vitamins, antibiotics, and valuable metabolites. Prerequisite: Consent of advisor.
