Geopolitics - IAF 331
The course
provides an analysis of the reciprocal effects
of geography and political organization on
the geopolitical positions of states in the
international system, including size and
location demography, national resources,
spatial strategies, and maritime power.
Other topics include: theories of geopolitics,
the impact of nationalism on geopolitics,
political geography, and the interrelations
among geopolitics and international relations.
Prerequisite: IAF 231 or consent of instructor.
