Organization Leadership - PAD 652

This course provides an in-depth examination of the leadership function within the work organization. Essential skills of effective leaders are diagnosed with respect to: goal setting, written and oral presentation, and behavioral flexibility. The behavioral dimension and impact of various skills are emphasized to explain the necessary leadership role of both technical and non-technical personnel in the work organization.
