This course will provide the students with a deep understanding of the fundamentals of project management. It mainly covers the process and framework of project management. The topics will include scope management, time management, and cost management, as well as the scheduling and concept of earned value. This course will also tackle the role of the project manager in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
