Processes Integration and Project Management - PRM 645

This capstone course integrates the five processes that define project management. It covers the phases of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout, linking them to the nine areas of knowledge in project management, namely the integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, and procurement. Moreover, this course focuses on project communication, procurement, and stakeholder management to provide the student with an in-depth understanding of the project structure and the management of its external environment.
