Harb currently Leads Microsoft Education Business for the Middle East& Africa. Based in the United Arab Emirates, he works closely with various countries to ensure successful adoption of 21st Century Education tools and solutions. Harb is an Innovative professional with 25+ years of progressive experience in the IT industry and the skills to drive business growth, capitalize on new revenue potential, and manage all aspects of daily business operations.

Before agreeing to lead the Education Business, Harb was the head of Microsoft’s Public-Sector business for North Africa, East Mediterranean, and Pakistan. In his capacity as Public-Sector Lead, he helped a diverse set of governments solve a range of financial and social problems by developing their Public-Sector Services using ICT. His work Included coverage of countries such as Algeria, Jordan, Iran, Afghanistan, and Syria.

Prior to that Harb was the Public-Sector Leader for Microsoft Qatar. Harb is a great professional, human and businessperson.
