Overview

To obtain the degree of bachelor of engineering in civil engineering, a student must complete a total of 150 credits with an overall grade-point average of at least 2.0/4.0 and a minimum average of 2.0/4.0 in the major requirements and technical electives. In addition, each major requirement course as well as technical elective courses must be successfully completed with a minimum grade of C-. Seven laboratory (1 cr) courses are mandatory. Students may follow one of the tracks in selecting their Technical Electives in either Structural and Material Engineering, GeoEnvironmental Engineering, Transportation and Planning Engineering and Construction Management.
