The Professional Diploma in Municipal Studies at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU), offered in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Community Support Program in Lebanon (CSP), equips participants with the tools to revolutionize local governance.

Endorsed by the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities, this program empowers professionals with advanced knowledge and practical skills to drive meaningful change in municipal management. Participants will benefit from exclusive access to cutting-edge resources and training materials developed by USAID, available through NDU’s e-library.

Module 1: The Constitutional, legal, and organizational frameworks of municipal work
Module 2: Governance and management
Module 3: Financial management, budget preparation, and public procurement 
Module 4: Strategic planning, funding, and donor relations
Module 5: Additional topics relevant to municipal work 

 

Cost

Students enrolling in the program in January 2025 will benefit from a reduced fee of USD 300, down from the original USD 900, thanks to the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
