Given Lebanon’s present state, the quality of life has deteriorated for the individual and the collective. Economic instability and civil unrest have been the primary consequences of governmental corruption in recent years. Though Lebanon has faced an array of hardships since its independence, a select generation is still able to recall a time of prosperity and peace.

In collaboration with Ittihadiyoun, an association with declaration to the Ministry of Interior, this seminar discusses the current Lebanese governmental system and its efficacy, in addition to analyzing whether or not a federal administration would facilitate economic, social, and political progress. The purpose of the event is to foster critical understandings of governmental structures, weigh their pros and cons, and consider approaches to implementing positive societal change.
