Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) has once again organized its annual Open Doors event in its respective Shouf (SC), Main, and North Lebanon (NLC) campuses, under the theme “Get the Blue Mark”. This event served as a gateway for students to explore the vibrant academic and social landscape of the University, underscoring NDU’s firm commitment to providing high-caliber education while also spotlighting the University’s latest academic achievements.
Across NDU’s three campuses, prospective students were guided through campus tours and engaged in a diverse array of educational and entertainment activities, including informative presentations on academic programs, live experiments, interactive sessions with current students, and engaging games with student clubs.
In the North Lebanon campus, for example, students, faculty, staff, clubs, societies, and the administration joined forces to welcome students from 14 secondary schools in the northern region. Together, they introduced the University’s educational mission and social core, aiming to truly embody and promote this year’s theme. Similarly, at NDU’s Shouf Campus, faculty members, staff, and students, cordially welcomed nearly 820 students from 24 private and public schools in Aley and adjacent regions. This provided students with an exclusive opportunity to explore NDU’s academic programs, scholarships, and financial aid options, while also immersing them in the vibrant spirit of NDU.
The event was also marked by fruitful academic encounters and engaging activities hosted by the University’s various Faculties, ensuring an enriching experience for all attendees. School students had the opportunity to visit stands set up by the Faculties, Clubs, and societies. They could ask questions about the University, its facilities, and its curricula, while also listening to current University students sharing their unique experiences about campus life.
Once again, NDU takes great pride in its solid dedication to delivering exceptional education and experiences to its students. The Open Doors event stands as a testament to the University's ongoing efforts to engage with the local community, offer prospective students a memorable experience, and showcase its enduring commitment to academic excellence.
