On Tuesday, December 10, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics (FBAE) at Notre Dame University-Louaize, Shouf Campus (NDU-SC), partnered with the Rural Entrepreneurs NGO to host an interactive workshop titled "Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Through Social Media."
This event followed the successful workshop "Sustainable Growth for Women-Owned Rural Businesses" held on April 16, 2024, reinforcing FBAE’s dedication to empowering women in micro, small, and medium enterprises (M/SMEs) while supporting aspiring entrepreneurs aiming to launch and expand their businesses. These workshops reflect the faculty's and university's commitment to community engagement, women’s empowerment, and poverty alleviation in the region.

The two-hour session was led by Asmahan Zeineddine, a communication specialist and social media trainer. Designed to equip women with essential social media marketing skills, the workshop offered practical strategies to enhance business growth and online visibility.
