The manuscript consists of four books: Introduction to the Sciences, Introduction to Logic, The Book of Logic, and The Book of Polemics. It is written by Youssef Chamoun Assemani between 1708 and 1710 in the Karshouni script.
The team of the Center for Digitization and Preservation at Notre Dame University- Louaize published it, reprinting the Arabic text opposite to the first handwritten draft, with the hope that it spreads the light on the Eastern heritage, provokes the intellectual curiosity of researchers, and facilitates their task in studying and scientifically reevaluating it.
