Overview
Constantly reinventing itself, modern music is one of the most international of music genres. Modern music is very vital, and that aspect is clearly reflected in the programs at NDU-SOM, with students coming from different backgrounds and cultures, bringing their diverse musical influences with them.
During the years of study, students will devote most of their time to studying the repertoire, as well as putting the theory into practice through improvisation. An important aspect of the course is helping the students to develop their own artistic profile, helping them integrating the professional field.
Through cooperation with professional bands, vocal groups, and ensembles, students can continually test their own development in comparison to the demands of the actual music world.
