Tuition Settlement Policy

Undergraduate Tuition Settlement Policy

To be eligible for registration, students shall make the assigned first payment at the specified bank or at the Business Office and also settle old accounts, if any.  

First Payment

  • The first payment should be made in cash at any branch of Byblos Bank, Bank of Beirut, or OMT (for main campus students only), or at the Business Office. (Payment Schedule).
    The first payment for a full-time undergraduate student is 900 USD.
    The first payment for a part-time undergraduate student is 900 USD.
  • Once the first payment has been made, students can proceed with their registration as per the schedule provided by the Office of the Registrar.
  • If the student fails to make the first payment on the specified dates, an extra fee of 60 USD will be charged on the tuition.
  • Students who received a 60% Scholarship in the previous semester are required to make a first installment payment of 500 USD.

Installment Schedule

A student should check his/her detailed Statement of Fees from the student information system (SIS) and then make the following payment at any Branch of Byblos Bank or Bank of Beirut or at the Business Office as shown in the schedule of payment dates.

Students who have paid the first payment for registration, but for personal reasons have decided not to join NDU, are entitled for a refund. The overpayment refund will be processed at the Business Office.

Failure to abide by the deadlines set for the settlement of the three installments will result in the following:
  • A fine of 60 USD for every delayed installment added on the tuition.
  • Denial of Transcripts of records.

In addition, failure to settle the account prior to Registration time for the next semester will result in:
  • Denial of Grades.
  • Denial of Transcripts of records.
  • Denial of future registration.

Graduate Tuition Settlement Policy
