The Office of Communications (OC) builds, safeguards, and promotes NDU’s image both offline and online, in alignment with the University’s mission, values, and vision. This is achieved through an integrated communication strategy across all platforms, aiming to enhance visibility for NDU, its students, faculties, programs, and policies among a diverse range of stakeholders.
The OC is organized into three main departments: Public Relations, Creative Design, and Events Management.
Department of Public Relations
This department is divided into two units: Digital Media and Editing.
Digital Media – This team works to maintain the University’s digital presence and promote all activities and announcements across NDU’s digital platforms, including the official University website, social media channels, mobile application, and intranet.
Editing – The Editing team develops content ideas, prepares, rewrites, edits, and proofreads all communication-related texts, supporting all University offices and faculties. It also contributes editorially to digital and print NDU newsletters and publications.
Department of Creative Design
The Department of Creative Design is responsible for creating visual communication materials that ensure a consistent, creative, and unified visual identity across the University. This includes designing materials for both internal and external campaigns across various media, including:
Print (e.g., invitation cards, posters, brochures, books, magazines)
Digital (e.g., website, social media, corporate videos, digital publications)
Department of Events Management
The Department of Events Management coordinates and manages a range of events relevant to NDU, as well as external events hosted on University premises. It provides support for production and audiovisual elements, hands-on assistance, and catering services.
