The Office of Marketing (OM) is committed to crafting strategies that enhance awareness of NDU's story, strengthen its positioning, and build support for the University among diverse constituencies, including parents, students, alumni, public and private entities, international organizations, and civil society.
The Office works to understand student needs in relation to market demands, developing effective, tailored programs and initiatives to address these. Its scope extends across all campuses, faculties, offices, and both incubated and external centers.
The Office of Marketing aims to:
1. Collaborate with other University offices to release an annual strategic plan that addresses all institutional objectives;
2. Support the internal community in creating programs and initiatives by reviewing, enhancing, and planning tactical activities, initiatives, and campaigns initiated by other offices, aligning them with the NDU Strategic Plan and its goals;
3. Conduct market research to understand NDU’s perception, both internally and externally, and to support the Office of Communications in establishing and sustaining the University's positioning strategy;
4. Explore partnership opportunities with external stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations and/or the Office of Public Affairs and Protocol;
5. Initiate and implement business development projects in collaboration with other offices, assess results, and communicate findings.
